Vehicle Dynamics and Train-Induced Ground Vibration—Theoretical Analyses and Simultaneous Vehicle, Track, and Soil Measurements

چکیده
Ground vibrations near railway lines are generated by the forces that acting between wheel and rail. It seems to be a straight forward assumption vehicle dynamics important for level frequencies of excitation forces. Different phenomena analysed their role in ground vibrations: rigid body modes bogies, elastic (bending) car body, wheelset. The theoretical analyses use models, simplified detailed models. Some these problems vehicle–track interaction where 3D finite-element boundary-element models have been used track soil. is shown or flexible well frequency range (4 100 Hz). They an influence on force but additional rather small can neglected vibration prediction. results checked experimental simultaneous measurement vehicle, track, vibrations.

The problem of designing a set of routes with minimum cost to serve a collection of customers with a fleet of vehicles is a fundamental challenge when the number of customers to be dropped or picked up is not known during the planning horizon. The purpose of this paper is to develop a vehicle routing Problem (VRP) model that addresses stochastic simultaneous pickup and delivery in the urban pub...
متن کاملNonlinear Dynamics of Longitudinal Ground Vehicle Traction
NONLINEAR DYNAMICS OF LONGITUDINAL GROUND VEHICLE TRACTION By Brian John Olson The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the nonlinear dynamics of longitudinal ground vehicle traction. Specifically, the performance of rubber-tired automobiles under straight-ahead braking and acceleration conditions is discussed in detail. Two vehicle-traction models are considered—a quarter-car...
متن کاملNavigation Errors Introduced By Ground Vehicle Dynamics
An analysis of navigational accuracy when influenced by ground vehicle dynamics is presented. Tests beds outfitted with various sensor suites were used to collect data when normal and extreme driving maneuvers are executed. The data was run through an extended Kalman filter to produce a navigation solution. The Kalman filter inputs varied on each test bed, using both automotive and tactical gra...
